The hotel's location was marvellous, so close to the beach and the peninsula.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible atmosphere and personal attention from the staff. The views were absolutely jaw-dropping, with a private beach and sun loungers overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean. The food was out of this world, with fresh fish and delicious mezeler made from homegrown ingredients. The owner treated us like VIPs, even helping us negotiate better deals with tour and taxi companies. The location was perfect, away from the chaos of the city but easily accessible by a short and affordable bus ride. our stay was mind-blowing and exceeded all expectations.

It is a beautiful and brilliant property located in Kas Peninsula district very close to cliffs at the end of the Kaș peninsula overlooking the Meis island, the centre of Kas and gardens. The staff are kind and nice. The breakfast is marvellous and sensational with the food yourself and Chinese dishes, for instance, had everything you could imagine. The location is super and brilliant, on the sea. I can recommend this place for holidays.

I was happy, the suite I booked came with an amazing view as well as balcony. The breakfast was savoury and tasty, had a lot of options and the food was excellent!

Beautiful and clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had magnificent location secluded on the peninsula. The room was well-equipped with balcony and they provided wake-up service when we asked. Really enjoyed our very special stay at this venue and will come back;)))

The hotel was full of holiday spirit during Christmas, with festive decorations and a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the water and easy access to the beach. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of tasty options to choose from.

There were a couple of downsides. the WiFi was quite weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.

Despite some minor drawbacks like intermittent wifi and limited parking, Sunset Villa Hotel provided an unforgettable and romantic getaway experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The kids absolutely loved the children's play area, which had a slide, swings, and a sandbox. They spent hours playing and making new friends while my wife and I relaxed on the comfortable lounge chairs nearby. The hotel staff were so attentive and took extra care to ensure the kids had a great time. The hotel's location right by the sea meant that we could easily take the kids for a swim whenever they wanted. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing plenty of space for our large family. The breathtaking views from our balcony added to the overall experience. We couldn't have asked for a better family-friendly hotel.

My wife says that the children's play area could have had more variety of toys for different age groups.
